Class begins with a centering practice in tadasana (mountain pose), side body stretches, deep squats, and breath-focused half sun salutes. After that, you’ll explore hip circles in lizard pose, gentle prone backbends, and lunge twists before moving into sun salute A.
In the latter part of class you’ll practice kapalabhati with breath retention before concluding in a brief seated meditation.
