Easy Does It Postnatal Flow

Class Description

Ease back into your practice with this gentle yet engaging postnatal flow. 

You'll recruit the whole body in this sequence, which includes strengthening standing work, dynamic lunges that involve twisting and hamstring stretching, a balance-boosting side plank variation, and active backbends. You'll also learn how to use a block to activate deep core support and integration.
