Embody Balance

Activate the heart chakra with this energizing kundalini class. This chakra is associated with our ability to strike a balance between spiritual and material needs. You’ll start with a centering exercise from seated, then move on to an active cat/cow flow, tiger pose with breath of fire, a cobra flow, a down dog to plank flow, standing balance work, and more.
