Evening Yoga Wind-Down

Class Description

Prepare for a great night’s sleep with this evening yoga practice that you’ll do on your back. Class includes gentle leg strengthening work and tension-relieving hip and hamstring stretches. You’ll wind down further with your choice of supported bridge or shoulderstand, and then conclude with a restful savasana.
