Practice Description
Class begins with a centering practice from seated, where you'll quiet your thoughts and connect with your baby. After that, you'll begin a balanced "everyday" sequence which includes gentle core work, feel-good flow, strengthening standing poses (including standing balance work), and seated hip openers.
Only do what feels best and be sure to take breaks as needed.
