In this fresh approach to the primary series (through navasana), you’ll focus on the rhythm of the transitions as you sync them with your breath. You’ll also receive lots of helpful alignment cues that will keep you energized and focused. And you’ll stop occasionally to explore prop support, like using a blanket under your heels in utkatasana (chair pose) to help you feel the forward motion of the pose, and using blocks under your hands in purvottanasana (upward plank pose) so you can lift up with more ease.
