Join Rod Stryker for a practice designed to help you feel a sense of empowerment and expansion. You’ll begin with a brief supine centering exercise, then move through a dynamic sequence that includes bridge pose, a knees-to-chest flow, half locust pose, flows through warrior I, long holds in side angle pose, four “mini vinyasas,” and more.

You’ll wind down with a seated heart-expanding anjali mudra practice, then close with a guided savasana

Have a blanket, meditation cushion, or bolster available.
