Break old patterns and explore new ones with some fun sequencing and playful pose variations. In this practice, you’re encouraged to cultivate a beginner’s mindset as you make space for adaptability, even creativity.
This class begins with a brief seated breath practice. You’ll then move onto all fours to play with a stability-boosting bird dog flow before making your way up to standing. In the standing flow you’ll string less familiar poses together with potentially new transitions as you shift between the front, back, and sides of your yoga mat.
You’ll then move back down to the floor, finishing with a cow face pose variation and gentle inversion before drifting into savasana.
