Expressing Freedom: A Backbend-Focused Sequence

In this dynamic backbending sequence, you’ll practice a shoulder-opening warm-up, vigorous rounds of surya namaskar A variations, prone backbends, and camel pose in order to prepare for an integrated and balanced experience in wheel pose. Class concludes with a relaxing, bolster-supported inverted action pose.
