A Practice for Energy and Vitality
In this well-balanced and invigorating 45-minute class, you'll do a variety of poses to warm up your whole body, and then move on to a standing series. You'll also get to practice ustrasana (camel pose) and seated poses before winding down in savasana. Finish the practice feeling strong and supple with a renewed sense of vitality!
