Fascia Rejuvenation

Join in for a yin practice that focuses on nourishing tissues and hydrating fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds our muscles, bones, organs, and nerves). You’ll begin with a brief mindfulness meditation, then move on to yin postures such as butterfly, half butterfly, and a spinal twist. Throughout class, modifications will be offered to try if you’re feeling tense or fatigued.
