Feel Good Flow to Kurmasana

In this peak-pose flow, we’ll explore nourishing and stimulating movements and approach familiar poses in new ways. Expect a low-to-the-ground sequence that includes feel-good hip openers and fun sliding drills. If you don’t have access to hardwood, you can use tupperware, lids, and paper plates to make your carpet slippery. Enjoy this exploration!
