Finding Back Relief off the Yoga Mat

Relieve back discomfort with this standing sequence that you can do anywhere, wearing regular clothes. You’ll do hip circles, side-body stretches, a dynamic variation of warrior I (that can counteract the tension-producing effects of desk sitting), and more, focusing on the flow of your breath as you move.
