Class Description

After that, you’ll do tree pose, crow pose, and side plank sequences before moving into eka pada koundinyasana (flying splits), a surya yantrasana (compass pose) variation, and astavakrasana (eight angle pose).

At the end of class, you’ll ground your experience with baddha konasana (bound angle pose), a flowing bridge sequence, savasana, and sitkari (cooling breath).
