Finding Balance

Practice description

In this Iyengar-style class, you'll explore balance poses and inversions, including half moon, revolved half moon, extended hand to foot pose, forearm stand, shoulderstand, plow pose, and more. Then once you're done, you’ll conclude in a blanket-supported version of savasana.
