First Responders: Expending Energy After a Call

First responders, release excess energy after a call with this go-to practice. You’ll do squat jump-infused sun salutations, a forearm crawl up and down your mat, block-supported lunge variations, block-supported backbends and reclined twists, and more. Then, once the active work is over, you’ll conclude with a guided savasana, meditation, and a gratitude practice. Enjoy taking this time for yourself.
