The elemental force of agni (fire) in yoga is said to help us “burn” self-limiting thoughts and habits. In this creative alignment-based class, you’ll stoke your inner fire with planks, side plank curls, and handstand variations. You’ll also make space in your body and mind with hip openers like half moon, sugarcane, salamander pose, and camel.
At the end of class, you’ll rest and release residual tension in “supta sukhasana over an accordion roll,” a restorative heart- and psoas-opener.
