Floor Pose Slow Jam

Unwind your hips in this low-to-the-ground evening practice. This sequence includes an array of supine poses, including reclined hand to big toe pose, single leg lifts, reclined wide-angle pose, and more. You’ll also explore creative hip work where you’ll transition from flipped pigeon with a side plank variation, and you’ll do a seated sequence that includes twists, forward bends, and pigeon variations.

Make sure to have foam blocks for this practice and enjoy this grounding experience.
