Flowing Floor Restore

This minimalistic floor sequence includes slow repetitive movements, grounding moments of stillness, and long exhalations to help you unwind physical tension layer by layer. Your focus will be hip and shoulder opening, and the only prop you’ll work with is a blanket (or pillow or towel if you don’t have a blanket on hand). When you’re done, conclude with a body scan and guided breath practice in savasana.
