Fluid Yin: A Practice With Shorter Holds

Do you like to flow? Complement your vinyasa practice with this short-hold yin class that’s designed to stretch and relax your hips and expand your heart space. You’ll move from pose to pose with minimal set-up time in between. As you practice, use a soft ujjayi breath to further focus your mind and be present with your body. (Along with your bolster, you’ll need two blankets for this practice.)
