Forrest Yoga for Upper Back, Neck, and Shoulders

Class Description

This 60-minute Forrest Yoga class will help you release deep tension in the upper back, neck, and shoulders. We'll begin with a tutorial on sivananda breath, then move into seated poses, sun salutations, and powerful holds in Forrest Yoga pose variations ("kite hawk" in warrior II, a neck-releasing reverse warrior, extended warrior variation with a chest opener, and much more).
