Forrest Yoga Pillar 1: Breathe and Feel

In this 70-minute class, you'll focus on the first pillar of Forrest yoga—the breath. Lola invites you to connect with your breath throughout the practice, which includes: pranayama techniques, core work, sun salutations, and standing-pose sequences. You'll also do Forrest yoga-specific poses like turbo puppy, turbo dog, cobra over a rolled blanket, and more. Enjoy!
