Foundation of Poses: Exploring Feet and Legs

In this alignment-focused practice, you’ll stabilize and strengthen your foundation in classic standing poses such as mountain, triangle, extended side angle, warrior I, and warrior II. You’ll warm up with ankle rolls, a bound angle pose variation, and three sun salutations, and then transition into the standing series before concluding with three energizing oms.
