Full-Body Conditioning Drills

Learn strength drills that will support your yoga practice and improve your daily movements. In this practice, you’ll do targeted exercises to boost your strength in major muscle groups like your lats, pecs, glutes, and more. You’ll alternate two drills per circuit for three rounds and end the practice with a light counterstretch. Be prepared to break a sweat, and have fun!
