You’ll begin with mobilizing practices for the feet, ankles, neck, wrists, and more. After that you’ll move on to sun salutes (classic, A, and B), high squats (including a side-body opening horse flow), lunges (including “lounge lunge”), variations on classic poses (such as “diving pyramid” and “diagonal lunge”), dancer pose, side crow, and, of course, wheel pose.
You’ll wind down with supine leg stretches, plow pose, a hip opener, and close with a very brief savasana. Enjoy!
