Class Description

This simple and strengthening prenatal yoga class is appropriate for any trimester. You'll strengthen and stretch from head to toe, but focus specifically on your hips and upper body.

After the active work is over, lie back in a restorative pose and let Cat serenade you with a beautiful chant. Conclude seated, connecting with your baby by resting one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart.
