Full Core-Strengthening Practice

Strengthen your core using traditional yoga postures in this steadily paced class. You'll begin standing with gentle stretches to wake up your body. Gradually move into bigger movements, including side plank and spine-strengtheners, eventually moving into crow, headstand, and peacock pose. End with savasana and kapalahbhati (skull-shining breath).
