This engaging Jivamukti class focuses on inversions. You'll warm up with sun salutations (A, B, and Jivamukti style), move into a strengthening standing series, then transition to whole-body preps that build strength for sirsasana (headstand) and adho mukha vrksasana (handstand). If you’re newer to inversions, keep working with the preps until you feel ready to go upside down.
The latter part of class includes classic Jivamukti backbending and shoulderstand sequences before concluding with a short guided meditation.
