Fun at the Wall: Shoulder Focus for Forearm Balance

This short and invigorating class includes upper-body stretches (including deep twists), three different transitions into forearm balance at the wall, and forearm plank at the wall. You’ll use props every step of the way to support or up the ante of the practices you’ll explore.
