Class Description

Join Hawah for a short, strengthening standing balance sequence that you’ll do entirely at the wall. You’ll use this prop not only for support, but also to find increased muscular activation and whole-body alignment.

The balance poses you’ll explore are half moon, extended hand to big toe pose (with your extended-leg foot to the wall), warrior III, and revolved half moon.
