Fun at the Wall: Standing Balance Poses

Find increased muscular activation and whole-body alignment with the support of the wall. This is a short, strengthening standing balance sequence that you’ll do entirely at the wall. The balance poses you’ll explore are half moon, extended hand to big toe pose (with your extended-leg foot to the wall), warrior III, and revolved half moon.
