Fun Full-Body Workout

This upbeat workout is designed to keep you moving. After a warm-up, you’ll step back to lunges several times, do chaturanga push-ups, step out to side lunges, and do plank variations, single-leg squats, strengthening bridge variations, and more.

Cool down with supine feel-good stretches and then give yourself a pat on the back—you did it!
