Gentle 20-Minute Morning Yoga Practice

Class Description

For busy moms, here’s a 20-minute morning routine you can do before the kids wake up. Start with gentle stretches on your back; then move onto all fours, followed by standing postures to invigorate the body. The practice ends with one round of nadi shodhanam (alternate nostril breathing), which integrates the practice and invites you to stay for your morning meditation.
