Gentle Return: A Restoring Post-Pregnancy-Loss Practice

This gentle sequence is designed to help anyone who’s experienced pregnancy loss ease back into their practice. Class includes restful restorative poses, a little bit of flow, easy low lunges with blocks, a long hold in a variation of cow face pose (gomukhasana), breath awareness, and heart awareness.

Sue infuses her teaching with compassion and support. Be sure to take your time in this practice, embracing moments of deep rest.
