Increase your body strength through this gentle yoga class. You’ll begin reclined and on all fours for a series of core practices. Then you’ll move on to a series of poses designed to strengthen your arms, back, hips, and legs (including a sphinx variation, push-up variations, lunges, and more). Finally, you’ll come full circle by returning to a supine position for a few cool-down poses. Carry the strength you discover on the mat into your day.
