Gentle Vinyasa and Extended Pranayama

Class Description

In this first part of this class, you’ll focus on cultivating ujjayi breath as you do gentle and grounding flows to warm up the body. After that, you’ll learn a seated pranayama practice that includes kapalabhati breathing, alternate nostril breathing, and ujjayi. Once you’ve done it several times with Jim, you’ll have the opportunity to practice it on your own.
