Gentle Vinyasa and Extended Pranayama

Focus on cultivating ujjayi breath as you do gentle and grounding flows to warm up the body. After that, you’ll learn a seated pranayama (breathwork) practice that includes kapalabhati (skull-shining breath), alternate nostril breathing, and ujjayi (victorious breath). Once you’ve done it several times, you’ll have the opportunity to practice it on your own.
