Gentle Wall Play

Explore a full-body strengthen and release class which you’ll do entirely at the wall. You’ll begin with a standing warm-up for your shoulders, back, and legs. Then you’ll build heat and endurance with lunge squats, chair pose, extended side angle pose, and more. Finally, you’ll wind down with supine poses like legs up the wall and reclined figure four.
