Get-Out-of-Your-Head Flow

Stuck in your thoughts? In this creative vinyasa class that’s designed to keep you moving, you’ll begin with a supine warm-up to stretch and strengthen your legs so you’ll be prepared for the standing sequences to come. After that, you’ll move into lunge and side plank variations, a side navasana (boat pose) variation to bird dog flow, “split hops” to standing splits, speed skaters, handstand hops, and more.

Let go at the end with a calming forward bend and easy reclined twists before savasana.
