Get up Now, Wake up Later: A Short Morning Practice

Often the most challenging part of yoga is getting to the mat. Instead of hitting snooze and getting up later, get up now and wake up later. This is a short, gentle practice that can be used as an introduction to a longer practice or practiced on days when time is limited. You’ll mindfully mobilize your hips and spine, and then move on to your neck and shoulders. You can do this entire practice sitting down while you wait for your coffee to cool!
