Grip and Hang With Me

Strengthen your upper body while improving your grip and pull strength with this dynamic practice where you'll use a dowel from start to finish to mobilize. This class includes creative twists on familiar poses (such as crescent lunge, extended side angle pose, standing side bends, dead bug pose, and more). You'll also explore lesser-known movement practices that you may have never tried before. Get ready to develop your pulling muscles as you move your spine in all directions! If you don't have a dowel available you can use a curtain rod.
