You’ll begin with core activation exercises using a bolster and blocks. After that comes core-powered sun salute variations, side-body stretches, and one-legged balance poses. You’ll then learn various ways to engage your core and use a block to float one leg up at a time into headstand and handstand.

Class ends with a supported supine baddha konasana savasana.
