Hands-Free Flow

Nothing too fancy or challenging here, just a steady rhythmic flow of basic poses that stretch and strengthen the whole body, while keeping the hands free and happy. This is a great class if you're recovering from an injury, new to yoga (and still building strength), or you have sore wrists. Enjoy your practice!
