Class Description

Join Dianne for this fun handstand practice that’s all about building upper body strength.

You’ll warm up with cat-cow variations and a push-up/puppy pose flow before moving to the wall for leg lifts from down dog and an “L at the wall prep.” After that, you’ll learn how to kick up into handstand at the wall, and once you’re up, how to use a ball (and then a block) between your thighs* to help you find the strength needed to stay up!

*Grab a friend to help you with this prop tip or just use Dianne’s activating cues to experience similar alignment but without the block or ball!
