Handstands for Beginners

Handstands can build confidence, enthusiasm, and passion. However, as we work toward this pose, it’s easy to focus primarily on the final result instead of enjoying the journey. In this strengthening and energizing practice, you'll take your time with handstand so that you can benefit from the whole process. Start with hamstring stretches, plank, and downdog to get your body ready. Next, you'll work on hopping from downdog, working progressively toward the wall. Don't forget to have fun!
