Hanuman Heart: Serve With Love

This flow is inspired by Hanuman, a Hindu god who represents devotion and dedication. This sequence is designed to lengthen your spine, strengthen your body, and open your heart. It begins with mudra, chanting, and pranayama (breathwork). After that comes a progressive sequence that includes sun salute A, locust variations, lunge flows with lion's breath, a "Hanuman thigh twist and stretch," a standing balance flow, camel with a block, and more. Once the active work is over, you'll wind down with easy twists and gentle stretches before concluding in savasana.

Props: block, blanket
