Happy Hips, Happy Mama

This alignment-based prenatal practice (suitable for all trimesters) is designed to help you create strong, open hips. Class includes a seated exercise for building pelvic awareness, focused work in high squats, tree pose and standing figure four pose at the wall, seated hip-openers, and a restorative reclined bound angle pose.
