Align your breath, body, and mind in this healing practice. You’ll begin with a tabletop to child’s pose warm-up before moving into asymmetrical dynamic movement in standing forward bends and wide-legged lateral bends. After that, you’ll practice agni sara (fire essence) to generate energy and then do cobra, bow pose, supine leg and hip stretches, and more, with thoughtful attention to alignment and stress relief. At the end of class, you'll be guided through a short, soothing visualization in savasana. Enjoy the easeful and releasing qualities of this whole-body practice.
