Chelsey opens this class with a meditation on what it means to feel “held, met, and recognized.” You’ll then explore this theme in a creative vinyasa sequence that includes scapular push-ups, one arm planks, lunge variations, self-hugging movements, familiar vinyasa transitions, camel variations, and more.
