Hip Somatics

Play with and explore hip mobility and range of motion in this stress-relieving class. This entire class is done seated or lying down, and you will be gently guided through gentle movements to open and stretch your hips. Learn to move freely and discover what feels good for your hips and body. You’ll end class with a brief savasana and deep, cleansing breaths.
