This chair-supported practice is designed for anyone who has experienced pregnancy loss. We may not be able to let go of the feelings we have in our hearts, but we can still take care of our bodies and ourselves. That’s what this class invites: care.
You’ll stay seated for half of the class, deepening your breath and exploring tension-relieving stretches from your chair. After that, you’ll come down to the floor for two restorative poses: a wide-legged forward fold (supporting your hips with blankets and your upper body with a chair and additional blankets or a bolster) and legs up the chair pose.
